ADF is bringing the power of Rosoka for automated entity extraction and language identification with gisting, through a tightly integrated user experience in the Rosoka Add-on.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!--more-->\n<p>The Rosoka Add-on runs locally on the investigator\u2019s computer, processing documents in over 200 languages to identify entities, and locations in unstructured documents.&nbsp;<\/p>\n{% video_player &#8220;embed_player&#8221; overrideable=False, type=&#8217;scriptV4&#8242;, hide_playlist=True, viral_sharing=False, embed_button=False, autoplay=False, hidden_controls=False, loop=False, muted=False, full_width=False, width=&#8217;1916&#8242;, height=&#8217;1240&#8242;, player_id=&#8217;12270741778&#8242;, style=&#8217;margin: 10px auto;&#8217;, color=&#8217;fe8b3f&#8217;, play_button_color=&#8217;fe8b3f&#8217; %}\n<p>The Rosoka Add-on allows front-line operators to speed their intelligence gathering with the ability to view translated data from structured and unstructured evidence so they can make better-informed decisions starting on-scene.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Rosoka is available as the Rosoka Add-on for Mobile Device Investigator, Digital Evidence Investigator, Triage G2, and Triage-Investigator or our bundled PRO tools.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After completing a scan the Classifier will run Entity Extraction automatically. This process can be paused and resumed if necessary. Entity extraction will run after image and video classification.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Once completed the entities can be filtered in the table where entities were located and also in the entities tab on a specific file.&nbsp;When looking at a specific file with entities the \u201cgloss\u201d or \u201cgist\u201d is shown as well as the original file.<\/p>\n<p>Along with documents, Entities can also be located in Email and Messages.&nbsp;<br><br>The Rosoka Add-on&nbsp;identifies<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Over 3 dozen different entity types<\/li>\n<li>Over 500<span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"> different <\/span>relationship types<\/li>\n<li>Truly multilingual<span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"> platform<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Simultaneous<span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"> extraction in over <\/span>200 different languages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Simply put, gisting is the use of Natural Language Processing (NLP) to translate foreign text into English so a forward operator can get an understanding of the original content\u2019s meaning. To do this, the translation doesn\u2019t need to be perfect.
