When renewing your license through the ADF application the Authentication Key is still showing the old expiration date in settings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To fix this issue please follow the listed steps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You must have an internet connection to complete this process<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Close your ADF Application\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Insert your Authentication Key\n
      \n
    1. Open the CKData folder and remove the current license\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. The CKData folder should now be empty<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Remove the Authentication Key<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Open the ADF application and go to Settings\n
        \n
      1. Delete any backed up licenses<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. There should be no backed up licenses<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Go back to the main screen (Home Button)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. You will be prompted to “Obtain License”\n
          \n
        1. If “Obtain license” is not present check your internet connection<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Enter your information and the support code you are renewing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Select License a USB Flash Drive<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Insert your Authentication Key\n
            \n
          1. The license will be written and confirm<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. ADF will now open with a valid license<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
