You have received your renewal notice, upgraded or extended your license, here is how you update the new license. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With an Internet Connection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Close ADF<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Insert your Authentication Key <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Remove the license .txt file from the CKData folder <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Open ADF and go to settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Note your Support Code and Hardware ID <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Delete any backed up licenses<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Go back to the Home Screen<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Select “Obtain License”<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Fill in your information and Support Code<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Select License USB flash drive<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Continue and confirm<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Without an Internet Connection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Open ADF and go to settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Copy your Support Code and Hardware ID (serial number)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Delete the backed up licenses<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Go to https:\/\/www.adfsolutions.com\/obtain-license<\/a> on a computer with Internet<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Enter the Support Code<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Fill in your information<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Select license type (USB or Computer)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Enter Hardware ID (serial number)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    9. Confirm and download <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    10. Replace the file of the same name… \n
        \n
      • USB License – in the CKData folder <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Computer license – in C:\\ProgramData\\ADF Solutions Inc\\v4\\LicBackup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Open ADF and your new license will be active<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
