If you wish to obtain multiple license files at once, you have to gather the hardware identifiers of the devices that will host the license files (USB Authentication Keys, USB Collection Keys, or computer\/tablet) and save them in a text file.<\/p>\n

To obtain the hardware identifier (serial number) of a USB device follow these instructions<\/a>.<\/p>\n

To obtain the hardware identifier (computer Id) of a computer\/tablet follow these instructions<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Create a simple text file with one hardware identifier per line. Here is an example:<\/p>\n

Then go to https:\/\/www.adfsolutions.com\/obtain-license and enter your Support Code.<\/p>\n
After entering your contact information, select “Create license for multiple devices” and upload the text file.<\/p>\n
Upon clicking on DOWNLOAD LICENSE FILE, a zip file will download containing all the individual license files.<\/p>\n
