When renewing your license through the ADF application the Authentication Key is still showing the old expiration date in settings #
To fix this issue please follow the listed steps
You must have an internet connection to complete this process
- Close your ADF ApplicationÂ
- Insert your Authentication Key
- Open the CKData folder and remove the current licenseÂ
- The CKData folder should now be empty
- Remove the Authentication Key
- Open the ADF application and go to Settings
- Delete any backed up licenses
- There should be no backed up licenses
- Go back to the main screen (Home Button)
- You will be prompted to “Obtain License”
- If “Obtain license” is not present check your internet connection
- Enter your information and the support code you are renewing
- Select License a USB Flash Drive
- Insert your Authentication Key
- The license will be written and confirm
- ADF will now open with a valid license
