When trying to take screenshots of an iOS device with iOS 15.8 or below, if you only obtain the “Preview Not Created” thumbnail, then it is possible that the device uses a version of iOS for which the developer image is not distributed with your ADF application. To fix this issue, please follow these instructions:

• Close the ADF application
• Download the iOS developer images pack here
• Unzip the downloaded file in this folder C:Program FilesADF Solutions Inc<ADF PRODUCT NAME>IosDeveloperImagesDeveloper Disk Image
• In the “Developer Disk Image” folder, you should have a few additional folders named after the iOS versions supported
